Role

Founder, brand direction and product design

Contribution

I defined the studio’s identity, offer structure, editorial language and the system behind its client-facing digital presence.

Objective

Build a studio that feels considered and useful, with enough character to be remembered and enough structure to convert attention into a conversation.

Technology

Brand system · Web design · Content structure · SEO

Why it exists

Kaisei is the studio I am building around a simple belief: digital work should feel considered without becoming precious. Small businesses and growing teams often need more than a website, but less than an agency performance. They need a clear point of view, a dependable system and someone close enough to the details to keep improving it.

The direction

I shaped Kaisei as a Japanese-inspired digital studio with a quiet, deliberate identity. The work moves between brand direction, websites, web management and app development, but the through-line is the same: make the important thing easier to understand and easier to trust.

What I have been building

The repository contains the studio’s visual reference system, brand guideline work, design tokens, homepage specifications, product requirements, user journeys, route definitions, functional requirements, data models and deployment notes. Those documents are part of the product. They make the studio easier to operate instead of leaving every decision trapped in taste or memory.

Outcome

An active studio direction with a defined visual language, a clearer offer system, client-work references and an evolving website foundation. Kaisei is not presented as a finished agency machine. It is a working business being shaped in public.

Next milestone

Package the studio around three repeatable offers, tighten the project intake and publish a small set of case studies that show the quality of the work without hiding behind general service language.

Outcome / note

An active studio direction with brand guidelines, service structure, client work references and an evolving website system.
