I’m Raj. I build software, products, and occasionally things that probably shouldn’t exist.

Status: Building· 10+ active capabilities
I don’t want to spend my life just having ideas.
I want to build the ones that survive contact with reality.
I’ve moved around a lot. I think that is why I notice how people and places work.
I’m Raj. I was born in Hyderabad and have studied across Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bikaner and Bangalore. Moving schools was not always planned, but it made me observant. Every place had a different rhythm, set of rules and way of making you find your footing.
I found computers and STEM robotics in class six, kept following that curiosity, and eventually arrived at Kalvium to study Computer Science, AI and Financial Technology. Along the way, building things became the way I made sense of the world: websites, systems, images, machines and ideas that are still becoming clear.
The developer in me is useful. It is not the whole story. I am also interested in how things feel, how people move through a place, why some objects age well, and what makes an idea worth carrying into the real world.
Currently: Building → Exploring → Researching
I get curious.
Curiosity becomes an idea.
The idea becomes a problem.
The problem becomes a project.
AND THEN I BUILD.
01 / FEATURED BUILD
Project JARVIS
A privacy-first personal operating system for context, memory, files and active projects.

Reduce the time lost rebuilding context across notes, files, codebases and active projects without sending private working data to a hosted AI service.
I defined the information model, ingestion workflow and retrieval experience, then connected local AI experiments into a system I could use every day.
The current build runs locally with 10+ active capabilities across voice I/O, PC control, WhatsApp automation, app launching, music control, file and web search, and Google Calendar access. It is still an active build, so latency and retrieval quality remain explicit areas of work.
Latency and retrieval quality are still the open work — the honest next milestone is source citations and reliable incremental indexing.
The rest of the work.
Things I didn’t know a year ago.
Not a flex. Just the rate the projects have forced me to keep up with.
THE LONG GAME
I want to build something that outlives the project itself.
Most of what I ship starts as something I needed myself. The parts worth keeping open are the ones that stop being mine the moment someone else finds them useful enough to fork, fix or extend.
What has my attention.
Building
- CreatorOSAn AI-powered SaaS platform for content creators, built solo from idea to production.
- KaiseiA Japanese-inspired digital studio focused on websites, web management and app development.
Learning
- Personal productsSmall systems and software experiments that make technology feel more useful in everyday work.
- The physical / digital edgeRobotics, machines and interfaces that share a simple instinct: sense the world, then make the next move obvious.
Looking for
Frontend, full-stack, AI integration, no-code automation, tech generalist and junior startup engineering roles, alongside thoughtful product collaborations.
The record so far.
- 2024 — now
Founder / Kaisei
Building a Japanese-inspired digital studio around websites, web management and app development. The work is deliberately small in scope and high in ownership: understand the problem, make the direction clear, then carry it through.
Next: package three repeatable offers and make the studio’s intake easier to understand. - 2025 — now
Independent product builder / JARVIS
Exploring local-first AI systems that reduce the friction of rebuilding context across notes, files, codebases and active projects.
Next: benchmark retrieval quality, add source citations and make incremental indexing dependable. - Ongoing
Builder / visual researcher
Using photography, motorcycles and robotics to stay close to materials, feedback and physical constraints that digital work can hide.
Next: document one physical-to-digital interaction build from first test to working prototype.

Also, a person.
I’m still figuring things out — which projects are worth finishing, which ideas are worth dropping, and how much of this is craft versus stubbornness. Most days I don’t know the answer until I’m a few weeks into building it.
